Since this is a consumable product, we do not accept returns. Do not refuse your package or attempt to send it back to our fulfillment center. If your pet does not like Simply Naked, please let us know. Your purchase may be covered by our Catch & Release Guarantee. Click here for more details.

Please share your extra Simply Naked Pet Food with another dog or cat. We know from extensive taste testing that most dogs and cats really enjoy our fish-first dinners, so share the freshness of Simply Naked with other pets!

Subscription Management

As an active subscriber, we will send an email 48 hours before your renewal to inform you, therefore we're unable to refund any unwanted renewals. In order to receive a refund on a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via the customer account portal or by emailing our customer care team.

Management of subscriptions is the customers full responsibility. Simply Naked is not responsible for the management of the creation of multiple subscriptions, accounts created with multiple email addresses, or addresses with typos. Please make certain all of your subscriptions are canceled. Our team is always happy to help sort out any account errors or duplicates, please have patience as we do our best to get things sorted for you.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your products have arrived damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
